Why The Internet Can Be Great
For a lot of people, you say, "internet", and you might conjure up images of a lot of people wringing their hands over online porn and how we should all try harder to keep The Children away from it. But this is what I think of - tons of useless crap that you're still happy to see painstakingly gathered and sorted by someone else. Here's a collection of sound-effect cards from the old Batman TV show. while the old TV series isn't available ... the feature-length movie featuring the all the villains mixing up the languages at the U.N. is/was available on DVD. We found ours at Wal-MArt or Target. It's campy fun and features all those wildly creative vehicles -- the batboat, batcopter, the batcycle and a submarine that's been penquinized.
It's true, but I think I'd rather have a season of the series (or maybe the whole series) than the movie.
