That's quite a nice collection and variety of items. Boy, the Roger Ramjet cel sure brings back memories. That's one of the first cartoons I distinctly remember from my childhood -- along with Johnny Quest and Space Ghost -- but I'm a few years older than you.
I don't know all the artists you've mentioned ... but certainly remember the names of Jack Davis and Don Martin from Mad Magazine. I think I purchased every Mad Magazine and a few Spy Vs. Spy paperbacks when I was delivering papers as a young teen for the Stockton Record.

I think Roger Ramjet's one of the funniest cartoons outside of Jay Ward! It achieves the tricky task of getting laughs with quirky, crude animation.
I do have an Anotonio Prohias original Spy Vs. Spy, too - I just haven't found the right place to hang it up yet!
Oh my god you're killing me. I can't believe the collection you've got of MAD artists alone! Davis, Martin, Prohias...
Any Elder or Kurtzman? Wait- I almost don't want to know. Sigh.
The Timm Dick Tracy sounds amazing. Any chance you might post a clear shot of that one?
I'll try and get you a better pic of the Bruce Timm drawing tomorrow.
I don't have any Elder, but I do have a Kurtzman Jungle Book page. That's in the living room, where I keep the crown jewels!
