I never had this toy - I didn't even really want it all that much. But this jingle has been in my head for thirty years. That songwriter earned his (her?) money!

Sorry you never had this one, because I did and my brother and I absolutely loved it. We used it for stunt "action scenes" while playing with out Mego superheroes and CHiPs guys. Good times.
It looks like fun, but I focused on getting as many of the Mego superheroes as possible! My collection of them is at the Fennimore Doll & Toy Museum (in Wisconsin) now.
Did you see they had a convention in L.A. where they sold a Mego-like Greatest American Hero figure? Apparently, it looks like a figure that Mego was going to do in the day - just before they went under. Neat, but I'm not sure I want to pay $50 or more on eBay for it!
I think having a REAL one would be cheeper than buying the toy on E bay. I'm heading for the junkyard right now!
