The animation could be better, but it's the thought that counts! I found this on the "i like toys" blog, and tracked it back to YouTube so I could post it myself.
Imagine my surprise when I discovered that there's a whole website - spacebattles.com - with clip after clip of this sort of thing! Hilarious.
BSG wins these days. Thirty years ago, who'd have thought that'd be the case? Weird.

What, no Enterprise??!!
There's another one at the spacebattles.com page that has Star Wars, Star Trek, Babylon 5, and I think BSG, too! All together for your zap-zap ka-blamm enjoyment.
I'm surprised that site is still going - I first found it back in 1997 or so... still no stories, just lots and lots of battles... kind a got old after a while...
Yeah, I don't think it has much of a shelf life for me - I just thought it was funny, a sort of spaceship Celebrity Deathmatch. Aside from the cross-franchise pairings, there is plenty of this to be had in movies already!
