New Color Model Pictures!
Here's the latest pictures of the beaver toy color model. I think it's pretty much ready to go - I e-mailed Gentle Giant to ask them about which colors could be cast in vinyl, and which couldn't (as opposed to painting the entire figure). Ultimately, I'd like the body and tail to have more of a softer matte finish than they do now - not quite as shiny as they currently are. Other than that, I think it's ready to go! This looks so great! What a fun design. I really like that shot straight on from a higher point of view. Makes those eyes look HUGE!
Having a finish that isn't as shiny will definitely add to the cuteness of the toy. That tail is amazing too. Those shots from the side make the lines on the tail look so rad.
I'm super stoked. This is what I'd like to do at some point in the future. Any advice would be much appreciated. I basically have zero knowledge right now.

Yeah! Your beaver now has that slightly crazed eyeball look I think you wanted. I can't wait to see how the various color variations look ... but I'm JAZZED!
Perfect. He looks really great in the wide-angle shots, with the googly eyes and the bulging tail. That's excited expression and color go great together.
