Final Box Art!
Here 'tis! I just tweaked the front a little - the other fonts didn't make me happy, so I decided to put the top flap logo on the front of the box as well. It feels right and looks good!I thought about getting arty-farty and putting just the beaver drawing on the front, but my officemate voted for more practicality, and it made sense. I had to shrink the artwork down a bit in order to display it here, but the image doesn't seem to have degraded at all.
Now all I have to do is figure out how to get it to Gentle Giant! The image file is too heavy to send through standard email.

Lookin' good. Great, actually. Can't wait till it's in my hot little hands ;)
Bravo!
Thanks! Keep your fingers crossed.
So are they all going to be "happy beavers"? or will you market them with different names like your potential best-seller -- the "dirty beaver"?
Is the "dirty beaver" your best-selling of all your beaver designs for shirts, hats, bags, pins, etc?
Also, have you decided your price point yet?
I'm really jazzed and hope you're feeling quite proud that you set out and accomplished this ...
I can't wait to see it and to purchase one for my very own.
Hope to see you soon ...
Jeff,
Looks good. I like your signature on the top. I think it would be wise to add your own website to box as well.
Maybe on Jeff Pidgeon.com you could throw up a beaver splash page with links to behind the scenes photos, drawings and a link to your blog.

I'll probably change the box art to reflect the different colorways as they happen. "Dirty Beaver" and "Shaved Beaver" are definitely in the works!
I haven't settled on a clear price point yet. I'm still thinking of $40-$50. I'm waiting until all the bills are in and paid before I nail that down for good.
I am very excited, and with a little luck, you'll get your chance to buy one when they come back from the factory, hopefully by late June/early July!
I'm glad to see you standardized the Happy Beaver logo rather than using two versions. Great looking box!
I was always going to use just one font - I was just trying to figure out which one I liked best. Thanks for the praise! I love praise.
Whoa Jeff - this has come a long way from your original design. It looks great!
