Cool H-B Record Sleeve Art
A co-worker of mine hipped me to this web page that sells obscure LPs converted into cheap mp3 files. I was excited to see that they have a couple of the old Hanna-Barbera records there, too! If you get an album from the site, they throw in a scan of the album sleeve. Neat!I saw a bunch of these when I was a kid (on the back of the Pebbles & Bamm-Bamm LP), and always loved the 'realistic' lighting applied to 'cartoony' characters. I still think they look awesome - even the font choices are cool! Does anyone know who painted these?

RADICAL!!! I SOOOO REMEMBER THESE RECORDS and even had a few, tho we kids ruined them. All I had was memories of the cover art, which is every bit as good as i remember (actually better! Thanks for the link!
We had the Pebbles & Bamm-Bamm "Good Ship Lollypop" LP, and the Fred & Barney "Mary Poppins" one. I remember liking the latter one the most - Fred decides to become a songwriter, and whips up electric guitar versions of "Poppins" songs (which he'd seen the week before). Barney has to tell him every time that someone already wrote each song, which makes Fred more and more furious. I think the singing Fred guy and Daws Butler did the voices.
Paul Julian painted it.
