"The Mist" Trailer

This looks like it could be interesting, mainly because it seems to pit the townspeople against one another pretty early in the game. It reminds me a little of the Twilight Zone episode, "The Monsters Are On Maple Street", which is a good thing.

The only element that gives me pause is that we do get to see something unusual in the mist, which I'm not sure is a good move. To me, this feels like a movie that should suggest as much as possible in the telling - I know that the "the-monsters-are-us" thing is old, but I still think that it's the most compelling spin on this sort of thing. While I enjoyed what I got with The Descent, I was hoping for more of it there, too.
