JeffPidgeon.com, Happy Beaver At The Vinyl Toy Network Show!
Yup, I'm going to the Vinyl Toy Network show again this December - but this time as a vendor! I'll have a booth to peddle Happy Beaver toys to Southern Californians in person. I figure the attendants for this show are my core audience, so it seems like a good one to set up shop (plus, the vendor space is very affordable, and it's super-close to Christmas)!). Here's the info:Where? - Pasadena Convention Center 300
East Green Street
Pasadena, CA 91101
When? - Sunday, December 2nd, 2007
For How Long? - 10 AM - 5:30 PM
How Much? - Free admission!
Why? - The core audience thing
Hope to see you there!

Awesome Jeff - sounds like a great time!
I think it'll be great for networking and exposure! Hopefully, sales will be great, too! :)
Hey Jeff,
Love yer blog. Who doesn't love looking at all these great toys? I'm a big fan of the old H-B vinyl and plastic stuff. Do you have any of the Ideal Magilla pull toys? They had Mushmouse, Ricochet Rabbit, etc. Also really think you did a great job with your Happy Beaver toy. Very true to your designs. Great sculpt! Good luck selling him at the VTN>
Gary
Hi, Gary!
I just recently found out about the H-B pull toys, so I don't have any of them yet (the only one that I knew existed was Magilla Gorilla). I'll keep my eyes open for them - are they expensive to buy?
Thanks for your nice comments about Happy Beaver, too! Keep your fingers crossed... I'll post about the VTN show when I get back.
Thanks again, Jeff
Jeff,
They made pull toys of Magilla, Ricochet Rabbit, Droop-A-Long, Yippee,Breezely Bruin, Mushmouse, Punkinpuss and Peter Potamus. They go for $20-$80.00 each. Breezely and Peter are the most rare/expensive. A Magilla just sold on ebay for $21.00. Good luck with everything!!
