Ralph McQuarrie Concept Paintings For Battlestar Galactica
What do you do when it's 1978, and you're whipping up a Star Wars clone for television? You hire one of the same concept artists! Check out this great gallery of inspirational artwork produced by McQuarrie for the original Battlestar Galactica - neat!I think some of this art was cannibalized for toy packaging and TV Guide ads - if it wasn't, it was ripped off by other artists pretty convincingly.
